Famitsu to host Super Smash Bros. Ultimate cross-company tournament on November 22 featuring Sony Interactive Entertainment
Famitsu will host “Famitsu Presents Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Cross-Company Game Tournament in Tokyo Odaiba Oedo Onsen Monogatari” on November 22 starting at 20:00 JST, the publication announced.
The following companies will participate:
- Sun-Star Stationery
- Sugiko
- StylingLife Holdings PlazaStyle Company
- Zoff
- Taisho Pharmaceutical
- Tokkyo Chou (Japan Patent Office)
- Lovegraph
- Sony Interactive Entertainment
Employees of the above eight companies will battle it out in team-based matches at the onsen theme park Tokyo Odaiba Oedo Onsen Monogatari to determine which among them are the better Super Smash Bros. Ultimate players.
Famitsu will live stream the tournament on YouTube and Niconico. And while there is no additional cost to go see it in person, the Tokyo Odaiba Oedo Onsen Monogatari admission fee must still be paid.
